Senior Product Manager, Inventory
Job Description
Compass is building the first modern end-to-end real estate platform that unites agents, buyers, and sellers through technology. As the Senior Product Manager for Inventory within the Search and Listings organization, you will oversee key initiatives including Reverse Prospecting, Make Me Sell, Buyer Demand, and Network, with a focus on prioritizing Compass inventory such as Private Exclusive and Coming Soon, while driving agile product delivery.
Compensation
Salary: USD 137,000 - 152,000 per year

Experience & Education
- 5-9 years of progressive product management experience building and launching successful products and features
- B.S. or similar in a technical discipline (Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics) strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Deliver customer-facing enhancements that streamline agent workflows
- Set the roadmap and prioritize innovative, engaging products and features
- Lead the Inventory domain (Reverse Prospecting, Make Me Sell, Buyer Demand, and Network) with emphasis on Compass inventory such as Private Exclusive and Coming Soon
- Adopt an agile approach with monthly leadership syncs to stay responsive to market shifts
- Own and manage the software development lifecycle from concept and user research through development, launch, and adoption
- Deliver and maintain features while monitoring key metrics to assess impact and identify opportunities to add value for agents and their clients
- Help define high-level product direction by collaborating with agents, consumers, and internal stakeholders to craft solutions to their challenges
Requirements
- 5-9 years of experience in progressive product management roles, with a track record of launching successful products and features
- Ability to gather and prioritize requirements from disparate sources, going beyond user requests to identify core needs and harmonize stakeholder perspectives
- Experience partnering with business stakeholders at the executive level
- Strong consensus-building and relationship-management skills, with experience aligning resources across functions
- Ability to influence others without formal authority, especially in cross-functional and executive settings
- Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
