Amazon Ads is seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape the future of conversational advertising for Sponsored Products and Brands. Based onsite in Santa Monica, CA, this role focuses on defining the product strategy, guiding the roadmap, and leading the development of AI powered conversational ad experiences that connect shoppers with advertisers.

Compensation
USD 151,200 - 235,200 per year
Responsibilities
- Define the long term vision for conversational ads on Amazon.com and related surfaces.
- Launch high impact ad experiences that enhance the customer experience on Amazon and drive value for advertisers.
- Manage roadmap prioritization and trade-offs among user experience, monetization, technical and operational lift, and competing priorities across multiple stakeholder teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of end-to-end product delivery experience.
- 5+ years of technical product or program management experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
- Experience with feature delivery and evaluating tradeoffs for a product.
- Demonstrated ability to own and drive roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience managing technical products or online services.
- Experience representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive level prioritization and planning.
