Senior Product Operations Associate
Job Description
At Educational Testing Service (ETS), you will help keep AP Reading events running on time and on track. This onsite role in Princeton, NJ supports the people and planning behind scoring operations, including logistics, timelines, and clear communication across teams and stakeholders. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to improvements in how work gets done, while traveling to support one of four cities.
Responsibilities
- Support the Scoring and Reporting Team by managing key planning tasks tied to operational execution.
- Contribute to process improvement by identifying opportunities, recommending changes, and helping implement updated workflows.
- Help build annual food and beverage requirements in partnership with the College Board.
- Maintain strong relationships by building scoring strategies and working closely with multiple Chief Readers.
- Manage event calendars covering staff arrivals, leadership dinners, and open forums.
- Coordinate opening and closing night events, plus professional night activities.
- Validate floor plans and AVIT requirements, and liaise with SROPS contracts for setup needs.
- Arrange transportation logistics, including rental car pickups.
- Confirm security and housing desk schedules and collaborate with Adecco and the AP contracts team.
- Develop meal and break schedules, and review and quality-check information guides.
- Prepare the Open Forum matrix and Info Guides, including scheduling meetings with key stakeholders.
- Attend Chief Reader webinars and ensure pre-reading deadlines are met.
- Process travel vouchers for supported subject Readers following Reading procedures.
- Submit gas cards, track receipts, and submit Chief Assistant forms to the AP contracts team.
- Update floor plans for next year based on on-site changes and requirements.
- Reconcile P-Card activity and finalize expense reporting.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support the team’s planning efforts.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with Smartsheet, BI Dashboard, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
- A Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience that provides comparable knowledge and abilities.
Flexibility & Travel
- 40 hours/week scheduled, with increased needs of 40+ hours during peak seasons.
- Weekend and extended hours may be required.
- 15% travel is required (to one of four cities to support the work).
- Travel expenses are reimbursed.
