What you'll be doing
- Own and operate the Product operating system to support scale and efficiency
- Lead Product Planning and Launch Execution by establishing cross-product roadmaps, quarterly planning cadence, coordinating launches from planning through post-launch, and delivering executive visibility via roadmap reviews and business updates
- Manage Tools and Data by owning the Product tools stack (Jira, Productboard, etc.), ensuring clean, consistent data across products, reducing PM process overhead, and guiding smart buy/build/replace decisions
- Strengthen Cross-functional Coordination and Handoffs by aligning Product with PMO, GTM, Post-Sales, CX, and Finance, clarifying roles, and streamlining transitions between functions
- Build Customer Feedback Infrastructure to connect input to roadmaps, establish structured channels across CX, Sales, and Support, run repeatable beta and early access programs, and track how features impact retention and churn
- Define Metrics to Measure and Drive Adoption by identifying key indicators (feature adoption, usage, customer retention, NRR, time to value), partnering with Product and BI to develop dashboards, and providing leadership with clear progress signals

Requirements
- 3-5 years in Product Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, Customer Success Operations, or related roles
- Background in high-growth SaaS or enterprise software
- Strong project management experience and execution skills
- Systems thinking and effective process design
- Ability to influence people you do not manage
- Comfort in messy environments with a knack for making them simpler
- Experience selecting and implementing tools across an organization
- Data analysis and dashboard development capabilities
- Product launch and GTM coordination experience

What this role is not
Not a project manager, program manager, Jira admin, or traditional PM. This role focuses on building the operating infrastructure that enables Product to scale.
