Senior, Product Operations Pre-Order GTM
Job Description
Nike seeks a Senior Product Operations professional to lead Pre-Order GTM across Sport, Season, Geo, and Marketplace.
Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the Pre-Order line plan execution across Sport, Season, Geo, and Marketplace, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met
- Collaborate with the Senior Manager and cross-functional partners to implement Pre-Order strategies across Global and Geo scopes
- Oversee end-to-end GTM readiness, coordinating inputs from Sport, Merchandising, GTM, and Digital Product teams
- Assess consumer and marketplace data to inform recommendations and planning decisions
- Convert strategic intent into clear, actionable execution plans with alignment across stakeholders
- Support education and enablement initiatives for Pre-Order across Sport and GTM teams
- Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to accelerate readiness and improve operational clarity in the Pre-Order process
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field; or any suitable combination of education, experience, and training
- Minimum 4 years of experience in merchandising, product, GTM, strategy, or marketplace within a consumer-focused organization
- Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives across multiple teams
- Understanding of product creation cycles, merchandising, and marketplace dynamics
- Ability to translate inputs and data into clear plans and actions
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail in fast-paced environments
- Comfort operating in ambiguity with a bias toward action
- Passion for sport, culture, and the consumer experience

Position Location & Schedule
- Based at Nike’s Beaverton campus headquarters
- 4/1 hybrid schedule: in-office Monday through Thursday; Fridays optional on campus or remote
