Senior Product Owner

Stellantis Financial Services US is hiring a Senior Product Owner to serve as the central connection between business stakeholders and development teams. In this hybrid role based in the Atlanta area, you will shape product strategy into prioritized execution, strengthen Agile delivery practices, and help ensure digital initiatives create clear business and customer value.

What you’ll do

• Own, prioritize, and maintain the product backlog, keeping it aligned to business strategy, customer needs, and organizational objectives.
• Turn product vision into actionable requirements by breaking epics into user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and setting sprint goals.
• Work closely with development teams across the Agile lifecycle to provide direction, clarify requirements, resolve issues, and support successful delivery.
• Lead sprint reviews and product demonstrations, sharing progress and gathering feedback from both business and technical stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to refine product roadmaps, design user-centric solutions, and support product launch and adoption strategies.
• Use market research, customer insights, and data analytics to identify opportunities, recommend enhancements, and advance digital product innovation.
• Manage operational support by prioritizing issue resolution and evaluating business process and system impacts to optimize the user experience.
• Drive data, reporting, and automation efforts while ensuring compliance, security, and effective information governance across business functions.
• Take on additional responsibilities as business needs evolve.

Required experience and education

• Minimum 5 years of experience driving digital transformation initiatives, enabling and optimizing digital business processes, executing strategic product roadmaps, and delivering solutions in an Agile Scrum environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, Communications, or a related field.

• Strong ability to analyze complex information, identify trends and opportunities, and craft innovative solutions using both data-driven insights and business judgment.
• Solid analytical and technical skills to identify root causes, resolve issues efficiently, and communicate knowledge and best practices for continuous improvement.
• Clear verbal and written communication; ability to collaborate while maintaining confidentiality and valuing diverse perspectives.
• Capacity to build partnerships across teams, influence stakeholders without direct authority, balance individual and team objectives, and promote accountability and engagement.
• Comfort working in dynamic environments, embracing change, driving process improvements, and maintaining resilience with a focus on quality and operational excellence.
• Sound business judgment aligned to organizational and market impacts, consistent ethical and professional standards.
• Preferred: experience working within Agile and/or SAFe Agile frameworks.

Logistics, schedule, and eligibility

• Location: Atlanta, GA (hybrid).
• Overtime: required on an as-needed basis.
• Travel: 0-10% (as required on an as-needed basis); work schedule notes indicate travel required at 10% time.
• Schedule: hybrid role requiring ability to work various shifts; typically 8AM-6PM Monday through Friday, with weekends as needed.
• Transportation: must have reliable transportation and live within a commutable distance to Atlanta, GA; Dallas, TX; Detroit, MI; or Houston, TX.
• Authorization to work: applicant must be authorized to work in the United States.
