Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end product management from concept and planning through production, release, and end of life
Drive innovation by combining technical expertise with creative problem solving to meet evolving client needs
Manage both commercial and internal products, ensuring they meet market demands and support business growth
Design and develop product strategies, roadmaps, and specifications aligned with business objectives
Oversee product lifecycle management, including modifications, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen ideation and development processes
Apply Agile methodologies to streamline development and shorten delivery timelines
Coach and mentor team members to leverage their strengths and manage performance effectively
Analyze system components to identify linkages and interactions for optimized solutions
Engage in difficult conversations with stakeholders to address conflicts and escalate where necessary
