Sr. Digital Product Manager
Job Description
NYU Langone Health is hiring a Sr. Digital Product Manager to help strengthen the digital experience through end-to-end product work. This role conceives, develops, launches, and iterates digital products, along with the data services that support them, while guiding multiple product streams within a pod-based delivery model.
Working under the Director of Digital Products, the Sr. Digital Product Manager will lead day-to-day planning and execution across the full product and experience lifecycle, partnering with engineers, QA, and a broad set of internal stakeholders to deliver roadmap-aligned outcomes.
What you’ll do
- Own day-to-day planning, prioritization, execution, and operational maintenance for full product and experience efforts spanning multiple workstreams.
- Lead one or more delivery pods, including currently Provider Data Management, Web Services, and Faculty Scheduling, to execute against product roadmaps with engineering and QA.
- Build organizational knowledge and develop relationships with business and operational partners.
- Maintain product roadmap and strategy documentation, and support stakeholder and development teams through prioritization and product decision-making.
- Conduct technology or product assessments for competitive analysis, and establish and measure product success criteria and metrics.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop solutions with partners across Operations, Marketing, Communications, Clinical, Analytics, Security, UX/Design, and across IT product areas.
- May supervise others, including contractors.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 6+ years of experience working as part of a digital product team.
- Adept at translating product strategy into delivery roadmaps.
- Experience leading an agile product development team delivering products aligned to business strategy and user needs.
- Experience facilitating the digital product lifecycle, including vision, feature prioritization, documenting and driving requirements, product testing, launch, analytics, and ongoing maintenance.
- Ability to manage stakeholders and navigate across distributed teams with sound judgement through ambiguity.
- Demonstrated practical application of advanced analytical and strategic thinking.
- Experience soliciting, interpreting, and applying user and stakeholder feedback to shape products and features.
- Proficiency with product management tools such as JIRA and Clickup to lead delivery, manage documentation, and track roadmap progress.

Location: New York, NY (onsite) • Salary: USD 121,792 - 183,456 per year • Experience: 6+ years
