Digital Product Manager
Job Description
NYU Langone Health is seeking a Digital Product Manager to strengthen the digital experience for both clinical and workforce audiences. In this role, you will help move product concepts from conception through delivery and launch, while partnering across teams to execute against an evolving roadmap.
You will report to the Director of Digital Products and lead product delivery pods responsible for executing roadmap priorities. The position combines day-to-day product planning and operational maintenance with stakeholder navigation, measurable success criteria, and cross-functional collaboration.
What you’ll do
- Lead day-to-day planning, prioritization, execution, and operational maintenance across full product and experience delivery, including multiple streams of work.
- Lead one or more product delivery pods, including Provider Data Management, Web Services, and Faculty Scheduling, to execute product roadmaps with partners such as engineers and QA.
- Build organizational knowledge and develop relationships with business and operational partners.
- Maintain product roadmap and strategy documentation, guiding prioritization and product decision-making with stakeholders and development teams.
- Conduct technology or product assessments for competitive analysis.
- Establish and measure product success criteria and metrics.
- Develop solutions by collaborating with cross-functional partners across the organization, including Operations, Marketing, Communications, Clinical, Analytics, Security, and UX/Design, as well as across IT product areas.
- Manage supervisor others, including contractors.
What you bring
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of experience working as part of a digital product team.
- Experience working within an agile product development team.
- Experience facilitating the digital product development lifecycle, including product vision, feature prioritization, documenting and driving requirements, and product testing, launch, analytics, and maintenance.
- Demonstrated practical application of advanced analytical and strategic thinking.
- Ability to apply judgment within defined parameters.
- Experience integrating user and stakeholder feedback to shape products and features.

Compensation and location
- Location: New York, NY (onsite)
- Salary range: USD 101,493 - 132,336 per yearly (NY state salary transparency)
- Salary range listed: $101,493.51 - $132,336.05 annually.
- Actual salary depends on factors including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need.
- Salary range does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay, or other forms of compensation or benefits.
