Senior Product Manager (IT)

As a Senior Product Manager on the Physician Experience team at DAVITA, you will lead end-to-end efforts that connect discovery, development, and market launch for new products. This role emphasizes data-driven product decisions, cross-functional execution, and competitive analysis to advance patient and user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and UX/research to define and execute discovery strategies that surface user needs and pain points.
• Refine and adjust discovery strategy as new insights emerge through continuous user and business learning, including responses to market changes.
• When appropriate, partner with UX to create usable experiences, validated through rapid feedback and iterative usability testing.
• Develop and share OKRs focused on outcome-based product advancements.
• Use data to craft problem statements and solution hypotheses that can be measured.
• Leverage product analytics to guide decisions, monitor product performance, and drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and inspire a cross-functional product team, building a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
• Work with stakeholders across the organization to build seamless workflows and maintain alignment to overall business objectives.
• Communicate product vision, strategy, and results to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Partner closely with legal, compliance, security, and risk teams to ensure legal and compliance requirements are met.
• Coordinate with engineering to prioritize, deliver, and iterate on features, enhancements, and updates that support OKRs.
• Run story mapping exercises to break down work into epics and stories.
• Create and refine development stories while prioritizing both stories and defects for delivery.
• Research industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive advantage.
• Stay current on the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in Product Management roles, including successfully launching and iterating on products.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Deep understanding of agile development methodologies.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to translate business objectives into actionable plans.

Location and Compensation

Location: Atlanta, GA (onsite)

Salary: USD 115,000 - 183,000 per year
