Job Description
Join T-Mobile USA, Inc. in Bellevue, WA on site as a Senior Product Manager. This role centers on owning strategy, learning agendas, and business outcomes for a cross-functional, cross-platform product domain. You will lead customer research, align stakeholders, and apply data driven decision making while mentoring product managers and driving AI enabled capabilities. The base pay range is $121,600 to $219,400 per year, with a corporate bonus target of 20%.

Compensation
Base pay range: $121,600 - $219,400 per year. Corporate bonus target: 20%.
Responsibilities
- Own domain outcomes across the entire lifecycle, including adoption and business impact, not just what ships
- Treat every quarter as a learning cycle, state hypotheses, track outcomes, and update strategy based on data
- Mentor PMs, raise team capability, and elevate how problems are framed, requirements written, and outcomes measured
- Develop AI fluency and apply AI tools to domain strategy work, sharing approaches with the team
- Anticipate industry direction and technology shifts to inform proactive strategy
- Act as an active co-owner of customer research, interpret findings, and form a directional view
- Understand competitive movement and domain trends to drive strategy proactively
- Evangelize a customer first mindset and align engineering and design around customer outcomes
- Apply original strategic thinking to identify what to solve next and why now
- Own the domain roadmap and defend its direction with evidence while updating as needed
- Manage a complex backlog across 5–8 Agile teams with cross-team dependencies
- Translate cross-platform strategy into detailed features, capabilities, and acceptance criteria; prototyping is standard
- Build trusted cross functional relationships to move decisions forward
- Ground conversations in evidence with Engineering, PXDI, Data, and Business; resolve prioritization conflicts with data
- Partner with stakeholders to secure and maintain product funding and own the investment narrative
- Coordinate with Architecture and Engineering to consider technical debt and long term platform health
- Identify execution and organizational issues and drive resolution and improvements
- Communicate product strategy and roadmap direction to Directors and VPs with clear narratives
- Make the roadmap legible as a business argument and explain its significance
- Lead ad hoc analyses for executive leadership, presenting positions supported by data
- Explain technical challenges and tradeoffs to stakeholders and own decision outcomes
- Identify opportunities supported by data and defend bets with evidence
- Conduct independent and collaborative analyses to identify innovation opportunities and validate direction
- Own the domain KPI framework, interpret metrics, and drive action beyond reporting
- Perform ROI, NPV, and cost-benefit analyses to inform major investments
- Tell a clear, data grounded story about domain performance to leadership and the team
- Own outcomes across a cross platform domain from problem identification to post launch impact
- Deliver on time with high customer value and uphold a defined quality bar
- Improve execution, operational, and organizational processes within the domain
- Develop PM capability by raising standards for framing problems and owning outcomes
- Apply AI tools to domain level strategy work and raise team AI fluency
- Represent product best practices across the broader organization

Education and Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree plus 7 years of related work experience, or Advanced degree with 5 years of related experience
- Experience: 7+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment with advanced understanding of customer experience
