Sr. Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own all aspects of your product from concept to go-to-market and post-launch iteration
• Immerse with users and customers to uncover both stated and unspoken needs, translating insights into clear build decisions
• Use AI tools (Claude, Cursor, v0, and others) to prototype concepts, stress-test ideas, and align thinking with engineering needs
• Form strong UX opinions and advocate for them as the primary design voice when needed
• Collect and analyze feedback from customers and stakeholders; collaborate with engineering and AI/ML partners to deliver meaningful solutions
• Prioritize ruthlessly by communicating the costs and benefits of each choice
• Deliver solutions aligned with ReflexAI values: Security, Customer impact, Long-term mindset, Innovation, and Inclusion

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience building beloved consumer products or B2B software with strong user appeal
• Hands-on experience using AI coding and prototyping tools as part of real work, not just demos
• Strong UX instincts with the ability to give crisp, actionable direction on interaction design even without a dedicated designer
• Proven ability to go deep with users to understand needs and motivations and convert ambiguity into actionable plans
• Track record of shipping in roles with evolving scope and filling gaps as needed
• Strategic and principled thinker who balances data-driven decisions with insightful instincts
• Technical enough to ask engineers thoughtful questions about architecture and product decisions
• Relentlessly curious, eager to explore new business areas and emerging technologies

Compensation

• Salary: USD 170,000 - 200,000 per year
