Sr Product Manager

The Senior Product Manager will help shape and deliver digital experiences for Walt Disney World and Disneyland, with a focus on planning, booking, and improving how guests enjoy their vacations. The role reports to the Manager of Product and supports cross-functional teams to translate product strategy into execution.

Role Overview

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the definition and delivery of product requirements that support guest-facing digital experiences. You will manage planning and delivery across the product lifecycle while partnering with stakeholders throughout Disney to ensure alignment on scope, priorities, and timing.

Responsibilities

• Define clear, detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Foster relationships with stakeholders across Disney, including marketing, operations, design, engineering, and other product teams.
• Communicate product updates, progress, and timelines effectively to relevant parties.
• Act as an adaptive problem solver by filling gaps across roles and functions as needed.
• Translate digital strategy into clearly prioritized user stories and business requirements.
• Use AI tools to help craft initial Business Requirements, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Ensure appropriate delivery of product requirements across the development lifecycle.
• Support multiple cross-functional teams and development studios to maintain a shared understanding of the defined scope.
• Communicate changes in strategic direction or priority shifts to cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of prior experience as a product manager.
• Ability to think strategically and drive ideas into action, with a positive outlook and personal initiative.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to identify, understand, and drive resolution of complex critical issues.

Compensation

USD 141,900 - 190,300 per year
