Job Description
The Senior Product Manager will help shape and deliver digital experiences for Walt Disney World and Disneyland, with a focus on planning, booking, and improving how guests enjoy their vacations. The role reports to the Manager of Product and supports cross-functional teams to translate product strategy into execution.
Role Overview
As a Senior Product Manager, you will own the definition and delivery of product requirements that support guest-facing digital experiences. You will manage planning and delivery across the product lifecycle while partnering with stakeholders throughout Disney to ensure alignment on scope, priorities, and timing.
Responsibilities
- Define clear, detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Foster relationships with stakeholders across Disney, including marketing, operations, design, engineering, and other product teams.
- Communicate product updates, progress, and timelines effectively to relevant parties.
- Act as an adaptive problem solver by filling gaps across roles and functions as needed.
- Translate digital strategy into clearly prioritized user stories and business requirements.
- Use AI tools to help craft initial Business Requirements, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Ensure appropriate delivery of product requirements across the development lifecycle.
- Support multiple cross-functional teams and development studios to maintain a shared understanding of the defined scope.
- Communicate changes in strategic direction or priority shifts to cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of prior experience as a product manager.
- Ability to think strategically and drive ideas into action, with a positive outlook and personal initiative.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, understand, and drive resolution of complex critical issues.

Compensation
USD 141,900 - 190,300 per year
