Sr. Product Manager
Job Description
Drive the next-generation data delivery platform that improves access to Schwab account data for institutional clients, third-party vendors, and internal business units.
Responsibilities
- Lead product development for the Data Delivery Platform and its adoption across Schwab client-facing and internal channels
- Develop and evolve the platform experience vision, strategy, and product roadmap
- Build and maintain partnerships with key internal teams and external third parties
- Apply Agile practices by supporting daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, user story preparation, and demos
- Partner cross-functionally with technical, design, business, and compliance stakeholders to define release requirements and investigate production issues
- Define and maintain key performance metrics to guide performance and scalability improvements toward a future state
- Create visibility and engagement for the platform, including clear, concise management updates
- Act as platform subject matter expert and evangelist to partners
- Identify cross-enterprise integration opportunities that enhance the overall platform experience
- Envision the future and build the near-term roadmap for next-generation data delivery capabilities
- Own execution of capabilities delivered to partners, including self-service data customizations and ad-hoc reporting
- Collaborate with technology, relationship managers, the participant integration team, and others to deliver client value
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required (MBA or Master of Science preferred)
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Strategic problem-solving ability to shape a compelling vision and strategy and translate them into roadmaps and outcomes
- Solid experience developing digital platforms, with knowledge of underlying technology (current and emerging)
- Strong capability to translate technology concepts for business partners
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to balance competing priorities and meet deadlines
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including audience-tailored messaging
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel, including the ability to “tell a story” with PowerPoint
- Experience leading the end-to-end lifecycle of a digital platform across technology, service, marketing, and product teams
- Agile background, including experience as an Agile Product Owner or leading scrum teams

Role Details
- Location: Westlake, TX; Orlando, FL (hybrid)
- Compensation: USD 105,600 - 234,600 per year
- Work style: Hybrid Work and Flexibility approach balancing workplace flexibility, client service, and regular in-person collaboration
