Amazon.com Services LLC is pursuing a Sr. Product Manager to help shape the future of its Distribution Center networks. You will own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery of DC processes and tools designed to improve availability and reduce fulfillment costs. This onsite role in Bellevue, WA sits at the heart of Amazon’s DC product and analytics initiatives, aligning cross-functional teams to scale the network and accelerate speed to market.

• Salary: USD 136,000 - 184,100 per year
• Minimum experience: 5+ years

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and expansion of Distribution Center networks to accelerate time to market, improve availability, and reduce fulfillment costs.
• Assess gaps in under‑the‑roof DC processes and tools; own the product vision, roadmap, and delivery of solutions that enable Amazon to broaden selection across multiple store formats while reducing inventory and improving in‑stock through the DC network.
• Drive the launch, execution, and scaling of the Distribution Center network through technology and analytics capabilities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Experience owning or driving roadmap strategy and definition
• Experience with end-to-end product delivery
• Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
• Experience as a product manager or owner
• Experience owning technology products

Preferred qualifications

• Experience influencing senior leadership through data-driven insights
• Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
