Job Description
Amazon Worldwide Grocery Stores (WWGS) is building and scaling products that support store development and ongoing facilities operations. As a Sr. Product Manager for Location, Strategy & Analytics, you will help set product direction for 3P Construction and Facilities Management offerings, align plans to organizational priorities, and translate customer needs into clear requirements for technology teams.
Role overview
You will own end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and customer engagement for 3P Construction and Facilities Management products. The work includes partnering with store development, facilities, store operations, finance, and technology teams, consolidating the 3P product suite, and managing 3P tool contracts and software budgets.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and customer engagement for 3P Construction and Facilities Management products.
- Maintain a 3-year roadmap aligned with organizational goals and priorities.
- Own 3P software contracts and budgeting to support product execution.
- Drive consolidation and adoption plans for duplicative products across the customer base.
- Understand customer needs and translate them into requirements for development by tech teams.
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) that measure product success and customer impact.
- Identify complementary use cases across Amazon to extend product value.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
- Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience with end-to-end product delivery.
- Experience delivering features and making tradeoffs across a product.
- Experience as a product manager or product owner.
- Experience owning technology products.
Technologies
- ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Workday.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience influencing senior leadership using data-driven insights.
- Experience collaborating across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Workday) or relevant finance roles.
- Experience in construction or project management, or experience in facilities management.
Compensation and location
- Location: New York, NY (onsite)
- Salary: USD 152,200 - 206,000 per year
