Staff Platform Product Manager, UX Platform
Job Description
Intuit is looking for a Staff Platform Product Manager to lead product strategy and execution for its UX Platform, with ownership of the Web Development Platform. This senior individual-contributor role focuses on driving outcomes across the web development lifecycle while extending the platform with agentic and AI-assisted coding capabilities.
Based in Mountain View, CA (onsite), this position will set the roadmap, define success, and partner closely across engineering, design, and research to ship and iterate quickly. The scope serves two primary audiences: the thousands of engineers and builders across Intuit business units, and increasingly Intuit customers building custom apps and agentic functionality within Intuit products.
What you will own
- Own strategy, roadmap, and day-to-day execution for the coding agent.
- Define what a good outcome looks like for customers and establish how it is measured.
- Use customer feedback and production data to determine what comes next.
- Drive and prioritize investments across the full web development lifecycle, including local development, build tooling, component systems, performance observability, and CI/CD.
- Work across QuickBooks product teams to deliver capabilities to their customers.
- Make clear tradeoffs between quality, speed, and cost to engineers and executives.
- Partner with engineering and design to extend the platform with agentic and AI-assisted capabilities for internal and customer-facing builders.
Role context
The Web Development Platform is part of the UX Platform organization. You will guide how coding agents and AI-driven tooling change the workflow for builders, shaping internal tooling and how customers experience agentic capabilities in Intuit’s products. The team tackles high-priority technical platform problems with real organizational visibility.
Minimum qualifications
- 5+ years in product management, including ownership of an AI agent technical product or platform.
- Shipped AI agents to production at scale.
- Experience with evaluations and defining success criteria for agents.
- Experience building or working closely on an agent harness.
- Actively uses AI coding agents, personally or professionally.
- Founder mentality, with high agency and comfort with ambiguity, with a bias toward shipping.
Compensation
Expected base pay range: $188,500 to $255,000 per year.
Location: Mountain View, CA (onsite).
