Job Description

In this position, you will shape the cloud platform strategy for LG Commercial Displays, steering the Pro:Centric Platform toward scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud services. This onsite role in Chicago, IL requires a seasoned product leader with a strong background in cloud-native architectures who can translate technical vision into measurable business impact across LG’s B2B footprint. You will collaborate closely with engineering to deliver reliable solutions while identifying new service and revenue opportunities.

About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Product Manager, Cloud Platform to lead cloud architecture and platform strategy for LG Commercial Displays (B2B only), focusing on the Pro:Centric Platform. This role owns scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud services while identifying new service and revenue opportunities across LG's footprint. Experience with monetization services (upsell, loyalty/micro-spend, transactions) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Architecture: Define cloud roadmap and design scalable, multi-tenant,全球-scale systems.
  • Platform: Build SaaS capabilities including APIs, provisioning, and device/app management; enable monetization services.
  • Cloud Strategy: Guide build vs. buy vs. partner decisions across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
  • Security & Data: Ensure security, compliance, and scalable data pipelines.
  • Partnerships: Establish strategic and technical partnerships across cloud and service ecosystems.
  • Execution: Own the delivery lifecycle and maintain close alignment with engineering teams.
  • Performance: Drive reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency improvements.
  • Team Mindset: Thrive in small teams while building for global scale; collaborate effectively.
  • AI/ML: Apply AI and ML pragmatically to deliver business impact, not for experimentation.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of product experience with a focus on cloud or platform architecture.
  • Experience with cloud-native systems and SaaS or multi-tenant platforms.
  • Hands-on experience across AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud Platform.
  • Strong API-first mindset (REST, GraphQL, event-driven approaches).
  • Familiarity with MCP or similar integration frameworks.
  • Proven ability to make technically sound decisions aligned with business goals.
  • Experience building strategic and technical partnerships.
  • Excellent communication across technical teams and executive stakeholders.
