Job Description
The Technical Product Owner, Sales will own the vision and prioritization of new features and enhancements within a product or platform scope handled by a squad. In this role, you translate business needs into clear user stories, drive value delivery and value realization at the squad level, and coordinate with stakeholders to support compliant, continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Shape the squad vision and roadmap, guiding the squad to deliver product and platform features aligned with business impact
- Develop and prioritize the backlog using business expertise and understanding of customer needs, translating requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Balance business value with technical feasibility to optimize cost and improve delivery efficiency, while prioritizing stories and features
- Serve as the voice of the customer within the squad to ensure the squad builds the right thing
- Plan squad resourcing changes, including creating ASOE requests, interviewing, selecting, and onboarding members
- Own squad OKRs and drive accountability for shaping and hitting them
- Partner closely with Product/Platform Manager to establish business value and support messaging, communications, and customer outreach as needed
- Ensure products, features, and work meet relevant security, privacy, and compliance standards
- Drive continuous improvement across the product lifecycle
- Engage third parties to support delivery of squad objectives
- Drive solution selection and work with Lead Engineer to assess technical elements before user testing
- Facilitate release planning, sprint planning, and stakeholder demos
- Coordinate with other squads through product/platform synchronization ceremonies to execute cross-squad tasks
- Drive reporting and analytics to provide visibility into squad performance, including sprint metrics and user results
- Partner with Lead Engineer to manage technical debt alongside feature delivery
- Own and manage documentation and information
- Collaborate to ensure partners understand roadmap activities, design, interdependencies, and timelines
- Participate in all squad ceremonies, leading and optimizing the flow of value using tools and reporting cadence

- Foundational skills (at minimum) in Data Engineering, Cybersecurity, Intelligent Automation, and Emerging Technology
- Proven knowledge of standard practices, technologies, and supporting industry principles
- Experience gathering requirements and translating them into a product vision using expertise across product development, engineering, and UX
- Deep understanding of business and processes, along with high-level understanding of high-quality digital product delivery
- Experience managing a product backlog and release plan, tracking team-level metrics, participating in product team ceremonies, and removing blockers (including burndown chart and release burn up)
- Experience building systems and tools that enable customer interactions and collaboration (e.g., digital self, precision marketing, DAM, immersive technology)
- Product Management experience for Salesforce Sales Cloud
- Experience in CRM, Data & Analytics, and MedTech commercial operations environment
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent English communication, written and verbal
- Ability to work autonomously with limited supervision, showing ownership and managing responsibilities
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and supporting multiple stakeholders in a dynamic environment
- Proactive, hands-on mindset with strong problem-solving
