Job Description

The Product Manager for annuity and life insurance at Annexus Group oversees the development and rollout of new products across multiple channels, coordinating with Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Technology to drive successful launches and distribution partnerships.

Location

Scottsdale, AZ (onsite)

Education

Required: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics or a related field. An MBA, CFA or FRM designation is a plus.

Responsibilities

Partner with senior business leaders to identify opportunities, including competitive analysis and market segmentation within life and annuity sectors
Verify the quality, accuracy, and reasonableness of company and industry data
Organize, cleanse and synthesize data to develop actionable insights for new product launches and distribution partnerships
Provide project management oversight and logistical support on new annuity and life product initiatives
Collaborate with sales, marketing and data teams, and establish productive relationships with external actuarial and carrier partners
Support the product launch and sales process by ensuring detailed documentation of processes and product specifications

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or a related field; MBA, CFA or FRM designation is a plus
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with PowerBI and/or Tableau is a plus
Excellent project management and communication skills
Experience with new product development or go-to-market initiatives is a plus
