Product Manager – Annuity and Life Insurance

Education

Required: Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics or a related field. An MBA, CFA or FRM designation is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior business leaders to identify opportunities, including competitive analysis and market segmentation within life and annuity sectors
• Verify the quality, accuracy, and reasonableness of company and industry data
• Organize, cleanse and synthesize data to develop actionable insights for new product launches and distribution partnerships
• Provide project management oversight and logistical support on new annuity and life product initiatives
• Collaborate with sales, marketing and data teams, and establish productive relationships with external actuarial and carrier partners
• Support the product launch and sales process by ensuring detailed documentation of processes and product specifications

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics or a related field; MBA, CFA or FRM designation is a plus
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with PowerBI and/or Tableau is a plus
• Excellent project management and communication skills
• Experience with new product development or go-to-market initiatives is a plus
