Job Description

Goldman Sachs is seeking an Analytics focused Product Manager within Asset & Wealth Management in Dallas to own the end-to-end product lifecycle and analytics-driven wealth management solutions for clients and advisors.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain advanced product analytics, dynamic dashboards, and data visualizations using tools like Adobe Analytics and Tableau to turn raw data into actionable insights.
  • Perform deep-dive analyses to identify trends, patterns, and client behaviors, translating findings into strategic recommendations that drive product innovation and growth.
  • Translate complex business requirements into precise analytics specifications to guarantee accurate data capture and data integrity across the digital product suite.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Technology, and other cross-functional teams to blend data sources and craft a comprehensive view of client interactions and journeys.
  • Maintain and evolve the data platform product backlog, aligning with emerging priorities and industry trends to sustain ongoing innovation.
  • Assess and optimize existing data systems, processes, and governance; contribute to robust data governance policies and data maturity initiatives.
  • Present complex data-driven insights and strategic recommendations with clarity to stakeholders, including senior leadership, to influence key business decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (examples include Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related technical discipline).
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience analyzing diverse data elements, with a focus on online and mobile customer experiences.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a solid foundation in data analysis, capable of delivering actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
  • Experience with web analytics software (such as Adobe Analytics) and a working understanding of tag implementations.
  • Proficiency in designing, managing, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets from multiple databases using SQL, R, and/or Python.
  • Proven ability to design, develop, and deploy impactful data visualizations with Tableau or Qlik to illuminate performance results.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate metrics and insights clearly to senior executives and team members.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for client engagement, with a track record of building lasting relationships.
  • Self-starter attitude, comfortable working autonomously while thriving in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
