Responsibilities

  • Articulate a compelling product vision and roadmap that balances near-term delivery with long-term platform scalability and performance.
  • Represent customer and stakeholder perspectives, gathering input from experience, finance, technology, risk, compliance, and operations to guide product decisions.
  • Own and prioritize the backlog, shaping epics and user stories that reflect business value, risk considerations, and technical dependencies.
  • Collaborate with engineering, architecture, and UX teams to deliver robust platform capabilities using Agile Scrum practices.
  • Define and enforce platform standards for APIs, data models, and integration patterns to maintain consistency and interoperability.
  • Lead platform governance covering versioning, lifecycle management, and backward compatibility across releases.
  • Track adoption, usage metrics, and realized value, leveraging data-driven insights to refine priorities and drive continuous improvement.
  • Align stakeholders, navigate trade-offs, and report progress, risks, and outcomes to senior leadership.
  • Support financial analysis and business cases, including ROI assessments, cost optimization, and platform investment considerations.

Requirements

  • A combined 10+ years of experience in one or more of the following domains: product management, consumer lending, or core banking.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven ability to lead teams delivering complex projects
  • Experience deploying agentic AI use cases or building AI agents for banking workflows
  • Hands-on exposure to generative AI solutions and prompt engineering
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a track record of innovating beyond traditional consulting approaches
  • Proficiency in visual storytelling tools, including PowerPoint and data visualization platforms

  • Colorado: $132,500 to $292,200
