Client360 Product Manager

The Client360 Product team sits within Global Markets Digital Distribution and works closely with engineers, quants, governance, and business leads to build secure, high quality platforms. This onsite role is based in Zurich, NY, and provides the opportunity to shape end to end product delivery with real business impact from day one.
Responsibilities
- design AI first products that embed proactive insights, automation, and decision support directly into sales workflows; treat data as a product with well structured, high quality datasets to power analytics and AI use cases
- own end to end product delivery from discovery and roadmap through launch, adoption, and measurable impact; define success using data, monitoring adoption, efficiency, workflow automation, data quality, and business outcomes
- collaborate with engineers, quants, and data teams to shape solutions across data platforms, analytics layers, AI services, and frontend experiences
- embed controls by design in partnership with governance and risk teams to build secure, compliant, trusted systems and reduce friction across the Client360 ecosystem
- balance short term wins with longer term modernization to evolve the broader Client360 and Distribution strategy
- treat CRM as a product powered by clean data, strong models, intelligent automation, and AI ready foundations, surfacing insights directly into day to day workflows
Requirements
- a bachelor’s degree or international equivalent in Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- product management experience within financial services or another regulated, data heavy environment
- strong grounding in product fundamentals—roadmaps, discovery, agile delivery, and outcome driven prioritization
- high data fluency with the ability to think in data models, understand data lineage, and manage datasets as core assets
- curiosity about AI and analytics and how they can be responsibly applied at enterprise scale, with the ability to collaborate with technical teams and communicate clearly with business leads
- a mindset that values controls, privacy, and secure by design solutions
- exposure to CRM or client data platforms and experience with Power BI, analytics, or reporting platforms is a plus
- familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure, Copilot, data platforms) is highly desirable
- interest in UX and user research, with a drive to build intuitive, high adoption products and awareness of desktop interoperability standards (OpenFin / FDC3)

Salary Information
The indicative gross base salary for this full time role in New York, NY is USD 158,750 to 186,250 per year.

Your Team
You will join the Client360 Product team within Global Markets Digital Distribution, collaborating with product managers, engineers, and quants building data driven platforms; CRM, cloud, and data platform engineers modernizing core infrastructure; governance, security, and risk teams ensuring safe and compliant data access; and business leads across Distribution, Execution and Research. Together, the team focuses on smarter data use and AI to strengthen client relationships, boost productivity, and drive sustainable growth.
Your Expertise
