Digital Product Manager
Job Description
Shape digital customer experiences for DSW as a Digital Product Manager on a remote Agile team, partnering across the organization to plan, prioritize, and deliver measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own the Product Management function for an Agile team in close partnership with Development and the Business Analyst
- Navigate ambiguity to simplify complexity, defining product opportunities, requirements, and measurable outcomes
- Maintain and prioritize the roadmap and backlog using customer value, business impact, strategic alignment, effort, risk, and dependencies
- Create clear, compelling stories to align stakeholders on roadmap priorities and initiative requirements
- Drive decisions grounded in Consumer Insights, Analytics, and financial modeling to deliver business results
- Partner with the UX Design Team to ensure optimal experiences for enhancements and optimizations
- Lead ongoing product team cadence: assess progress, share learnings, and define next steps
- Work with the analytics team to define testing strategy and analyze data to ensure features support product goals and objectives
- Bring technical acumen, empathy, and a growth mindset to identify opportunities, build solutions, and evaluate results
- Manage and conduct UAT testing for all digital properties with business partners to ensure release requirements are met
- Use AI tools and capabilities to improve product management efficiency and accelerate research/analysis, documentation, and day-to-day activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to explore and lead targeted POCs and pilots for emerging technologies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-4+ years in Product Management or a Product Owner role
- Experience owning digital products, platforms, or customer-facing experiences

- Experience working within Agile Methodology
- Experience using Consumer Insights, Analytics, and financial modeling to inform decisions and track progress
- Ability to present and communicate with confidence and passion
