Fine Jewelry Product Operations Coordinator
Job Description
The Fine Jewelry Product Operations Coordinator is a highly organized, tech-forward role that supports the Product and Data Operations team by coordinating product data, inventory, reporting, and digital assets. This on-site position in Los Angeles collaborates with the Product Operations Manager to maintain accurate product information in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities to grow into product operations, merchandising, or data management. Compensation is USD 24 per hour.
Responsibilities
- Retag jewelry and inventory as needed to ensure accurate categorization.
- Coordinate restocking of diamond essentials with inventory teams.
- Assist with replenishment planning and coordination to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Select product assortments for sales, marketing, and merchandising initiatives.
- Support system updates and maintain product data across internal platforms.
- Maintain accurate product information across internal systems.
- Audit product data for completeness and accuracy, identifying gaps.
- Identify and correct product data discrepancies with precision.
- Pull, validate, and distribute weekly business reports every Monday.
- Leverage AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT, along with reporting systems, to automate recurring reports and improve efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to enhance reporting processes through automation and system improvements.
- Create and update PDF product catalogs for jewelers and website use.
- Coordinate website image requests and liaise with internal teams to ensure current product assets.
- Fulfill customer requests for high-resolution product images.
- Coordinate requests for customer product videos on behalf of leadership.
- Prepare, pack, and ship physical catalogs to customers and sales representatives.
- Coordinate batch catalog shipments with the catalog fulfillment center to ensure timely delivery.
- Serve as the secondary coordinator for SPIFF program administration.
- Support cross-functional initiatives between Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
- Assist with product launches, data projects, and other operational initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail.
- Fast and capable learner, comfortable adopting new software and systems.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including basic formulas, filtering, and sorting.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent time management and prioritization capabilities.
- Self-motivated with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
