GTM Technology Product Owner
Job Description
Harvey is hiring a GTM Technology Product Owner for the Revenue Technology team to support global support and success motions. This role focuses on orchestration, data layers, and the build-out of agentic applications and specialized tooling to remove friction across the go-to-market lifecycle.

- Work with extreme urgency and agency after prioritization is agreed upon with leadership.
- Gather requirements and support the design of advanced automations that improve speed and operational efficiency.
- Lead initiatives centered on the post-sales customer lifecycle, identifying inefficiencies and driving automation across business units.
- Use applications such as Ticketing, CSP, and PSA, along with AI agents, to automate customer lifecycle best practices and support value realization, ensuring post-sales teams spend 100% of their time on high-value interactions.
- Collaborate with managers and ICs across functions to provide expert guidance on what AI can do today versus what should remain human-led.
- Serve as a liaison between Customer Success, User Operations, RevOps, and GTM Systems to deliver strong, user-centered experiences.
- Guide strategic evaluations of projects and platforms to help leadership make informed prioritization decisions.
- Maintain data integrity, including deduplication and system audits.
- Document evolving data models and process flows to ensure the approach remains scalable as the organization grows.
- Conduct deep research to verify that adopted tools are delivering ROI.

- Proven experience understanding how technology impacts users.
- Strong ability to extrapolate data structures across platforms into a baseline that works for both end users and agents.
- Empathy for individual pain points with the ability to make platform-level decisions using cold logic.
