Manager - Digital DTC Product Owner (SkinCeuticals DMI)
Job Description
Manage and execute the SkinCeuticals global digital roadmap for the DTC eCommerce channel while improving customer journeys and site performance.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and execute the brand’s global website platform layer (NextGen Lora Brand Layer) in partnership with the L’Oreal global product team and Merchandising / Development team
- Ensure the brand layer is kept up to date and that best practices and accessibility requirements are implemented
- Recommend best-in-class site functionality using competitive analysis, digital analytics, and iterative testing of site experiences
- Partner with the digital content lead on development of landing pages and product detail pages for the brand’s .COM business
- Drive UX/UI excellence to increase conversion by synthesizing learnings from consumer site behavior into a feedback loop with the global product owner team and market counterparts
- Create a culture focused on sharing learnings across teams
- Manage relationships with market / zone digital technical counterparts
- Partner with market teams to implement user testing and A/B testing to evolve and optimize the .COM user experience based on eCommerce trends
- Use data-driven insights to identify actionable improvements for the eCommerce strategy, including ongoing audits and feedback to markets on adherence to the DMI-created guidelines
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- 2+ years experience in a product management and ecommerce role
- Experience innovating on user experience and platform usability is a plus
- Creative problem solver who can prioritize initiatives and anticipate business needs
- Strong product management skills with the ability to overcome obstacles and deliver results in an incremental and iterative way
- Ability to build effective partnerships and work successfully with diverse stakeholders at all levels
- Passion for user-centric design with commitment to research, competitive analysis, user/stakeholder reviews, analytics, and unbiased recommendations in a highly collaborative environment
- Prior experience with Google Analytics and the SFCC platform is preferred
- Experience in onsite testing and conversion rate optimization, including proposing hypotheses, building tests, and analyzing and communicating results
- Strategic, innovative, and creative thinking using sound business judgment and quantitative skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail
- Must have authorization to work in the United States on a full-time, permanent, ongoing basis; no immigration support/sponsorship offered

- Salary Range: $98,400 - $140,200 per year

What You Will Learn
- Maintain and execute SkinCeuticals’ global digital product roadmap
- Support optimization of the brand’s user experience strategy across a growing DTC eCommerce channel
- Oversee the DTC customer journey to remove friction and blockers
- Keep the global brand layer up to date with new features and use analytics to drive enhancements
- Own local DTC auditing and communication to help ensure markets follow globally mandated DTC guidelines
- Partner cross-functionally with brand DTC teams across markets, an external merchandising and development agency, and global product management teams to reflect the brand’s vision in the site
- Serve as a key subject matter expert for website KPIs, industry benchmarks, and customer expectations
- Contribute to winning in the e-marketplace

- Salary range: $98,400 - $140,200 (actual compensation depends on job-related factors including geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
