Job Description

Lead digital product operations for risk management capabilities that support a differentiated customer experience across a modern digital and connected environment.

Responsibilities

  • Drive transformation and change management for risk management capabilities tied to customer experience.
  • Deliver and manage large, complex programs in matrixed organizations.
  • Coordinate delivery across multiple lines of defense.
  • Balance strategic thinking with attention to detail while solving complex problems.
  • Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communicate risks and key insights clearly to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • Translate analysis and program outcomes into actionable updates for diverse teams.

Requirements

  • 3-4 years of experience in Credit and/or Fraud Risk domains, including a record of transformation or change management initiatives.
  • Proven ability to deliver large, complex programs within matrixed organizations and across multiple lines of defense.
  • Strong problem-solving capability, with the ability to balance strategy and detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Relationship management and influencing skills across diverse teams and seniority levels.
  • Confidence and integrity, with the ability to constructively challenge and be challenged.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capacity to communicate risks and insights clearly to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
  • High energy, positive attitude, and strong team orientation.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • SAFe, PMP (PMI), or equivalent project management certification (preferred).

Salary

  • USD 103,750 - 174,750 per year
