Specialist, Product Operations

Mastercard Services and Security Solutions Organization (SSO) is looking for a Specialist, Product Operations to partner with Global Product Management and help keep products running effectively. This onsite role in O'Fallon, MO focuses on product operations, analytics, customer support, and billing, with an emphasis on data-driven fraud reporting and insights. You will also support product success tracking so teams can understand what is working and where to improve.

What you’ll do

• Assist with data pulls and support the creation of reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders.
• Own the Mastercard Cloud Based Payments billing process, covering monthly and quarterly global billing as well as regional sales programs.
• Provide customer product support, including responses to inquiries, customer communications, and training for customers, regional product partners, and sales teams.
• Contribute to product planning, including development of product strategies, roadmaps, documentation, and go-to-market requirements.
• Drive data analytics by creating, evaluating, tracking, managing, and communicating product success and shortcomings.

• Relevant knowledge and experience with product management principles, product innovation, and product development.
• A self-motivated approach with strong problem-solving skills, focused on results and demonstrated delivery within a team environment.
• Outstanding written and oral communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, including comfort engaging with all levels of management.
• Knowledge of data analytics and the ability to interpret and translate data into meaningful insights.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or related field, or requisite professional experience.

Pay range: O'Fallon, Missouri: $83,000 - $137,000 USD per year.
