What you’ll do

In this Manager role, you will support product governance across Amex Digital Labs, serving as the central business contact to coordinate audits and translate findings into practical improvements. You will work to drive process efficiency while maintaining the right balance between controls and risk mitigation for key strategic projects.

• Act as the central business contact to lead audits and drive process improvement efficiencies
• Support product governance across Amex Digital Labs
• Balance the critical need for controls and risk mitigation for strategic projects on behalf of Amex Digital Labs
• Build deep subject matter expertise in product governance and key Amex policies and processes

• Bachelor’s Degree required

Compensation and benefits

Salary range: USD 103,750 - 174,750 per year.
