Job Description

Seasoned Principal Product Manager - Technical in Austin, TX leads network onboarding product development within Amazon's Operations Infrastructure Services, with a salary range of USD 179,900 - 243,400 per year.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end development of network onboarding products and services.
  • Shape the long-term roadmap by crafting vision documents, defining business requirements, and guiding launches with post-launch measurement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partner teams to align priorities and implement scalable solutions.
  • Lead high-impact initiatives, forecast bottlenecks, manage escalations, weigh trade-offs, and balance business goals with technical constraints.
  • Decompose large, complex initiatives into achievable milestones and deliver them on schedule.
  • Apply mature judgment, strong negotiation and influencing ability, analytical skills, and stewardship to deliver results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, statistics, computer science, operations research, business analytics, information systems or equivalent
  • Experience owning and driving product roadmap strategy and definition
  • Experience delivering features and making trade-offs in product development
  • Experience as a technical product manager
