Responsibilities
- Oversee the existing product portfolio across the full lifecycle to meet strategic and financial targets.
- Lead the New Product Development Stage/Gate process for all in‑development products, ensuring timely and high‑quality deliverables.
- Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new product opportunities aligned with growth targets.
- Serve as a product expert and liaison across business areas for support, education, and performance optimization.
- Report on product performance and provide insights to engineering, marketing, sales, and operations.
- Support cross‑functional teams by delivering technical expertise and training on products.
- Collaborate with leadership and regional managers to define product strategies that meet customer needs.
- Drive continuous improvement through product market analysis, voice‑of‑the‑customer research, and competitive assessments.
- Develop and implement marketing collateral, customer presentations, and training materials for product lines.
- Monitor vendor and manufacturing partner performance to ensure compliance with specifications and delivery standards.
- Participate in quality review processes and root cause analysis to address warranty and quality issues.
- Facilitate new product launches and enhancements with presentations and meetings to generate enthusiasm.
- Support the development of marketing resources, including videos, brochures, press releases, and digital content.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support company objectives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Product Management related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- At least 2 years of product or project management experience.
- Previous sales and marketing experience preferred.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with MS Office and strong analytical problem‑solving abilities.
- Robust project management capabilities and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to traverse the production facility and work at a computer for extended periods.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds and travel at least 20% of the time.
