Job Description

The United States Senate Federal Credit Union is seeking aProduct Manager to shape the strategy, roadmap, and execution of digital financial products that advance member acquisition, engagement, and retention. This remote role collaborates across engineering, design, data, compliance, and marketing to bring innovative solutions to market in a fast moving environment.

Salary: USD 120,352 - 202,484 per year

Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute the product strategy, own the roadmap, rank initiatives, and deliver financial products with meaningful impact.
  • Coordinate cross functional teams across engineering, design, data, compliance, and marketing to bring innovative products to market.
  • Leverage data and user insights to identify pain points, monitor trends, and drive feature development accordingly.
  • Design seamless user journeys that enhance acquisition, engagement, growth, and retention.
  • Collaborate with engineering to define scalable system architectures and API integrations that support the platform.
  • Work with legal and risk teams to ensure regulatory compliance and security of financial products.
  • Establish success metrics, monitor performance, and iterate quickly based on results.
  • Foster a culture of open access, rapid experimentation, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum three years of product management experience in fintech, financial services, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of building and launching customer facing digital products with a strong user experience focus.
  • Data driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics, define success criteria, and base product decisions on insights.
  • Strong technical acumen and experience collaborating with engineers to deliver scalable solutions.
  • Deep understanding of financial products such as banking, payments, and lending, and their regulatory considerations.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without authority.
  • Self starter who thrives in a fast moving, high ownership environment.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Solid understanding of user centered design principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or other design systems.
