Product Manager
Job Description
Product Manager at Horizontal Talent focuses on delivering platform capabilities that support owned, paid, and earned media across multiple brands, collaborating with engineering, analytics, and business stakeholders to improve campaign execution, personalization, and media performance.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end delivery for assigned media platform initiatives, from roadmap commitments to sprint completion.
- Translate business needs into clearly defined features and epics, with effort estimates and visibility for quarterly planning.
- Partner with engineering on platform integrations, campaign automation tools, and channel delivery infrastructure.
- Support planning and reporting by preparing delivery status updates for leadership reviews.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers early and escalate to keep work moving forward.
- Measure and communicate the impact of delivered features on campaign speed, personalization quality, and media performance outcomes.
- Contribute to the reliability and effectiveness of media platforms powering customer engagement across channels.
Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of product management experience in marketing technology, media platforms, campaign management, or related digital environments.
- Experience working with owned media channels such as email, SMS, and push notifications.
- Strong understanding of campaign execution workflows and platform-based delivery.
- Ability to write clear product features and break work into actionable epics.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfort working cross-functionally with engineering, UX, analytics, and business partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Experience with marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, or similar tools.
- Familiarity with audience segmentation, campaign personalization, and A/B testing.

- Experience supporting platform improvements that increase automation, reliability, and operational efficiency.
- Ability to bring a thoughtful, proactive, and collaborative approach to delivery-focused product work.
