Job Description
Advanced Monitored Caregiving Inc. offers a remote Product Manager role focused on a digital health platform that connects patients, care teams, and external partners. You will report to the Director of Product Management and play a central role in translating customer and business needs into practical, scalable solutions while continually elevating the product experience.

Responsibilities
- Own initiatives from discovery through launch and ongoing refinement, ensuring solutions deliver real customer value and measurable business impact.
- Translate user needs, business goals, and product strategy into clear priorities and roadmaps.
- Define problems, success metrics, requirements, and desired outcomes.
- Balance user value, business impact, technical complexity, and operational considerations.
- Make informed tradeoffs and communicate priorities clearly across stakeholders.
- Partner with customers, users, and internal teams to understand needs and workflows deeply.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and workflow analysis to validate opportunities.
- Convert insights into product recommendations, requirements, and roadmap priorities.
- Champion customer-centered, evidence-based product decisions.
- Collaborate with engineering, clinical, implementation, operations, customer success, and leadership to deliver impactful solutions.
- Translate priorities into requirements, user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
- Work with engineering on backlog refinement, sprint planning, development, validation, and releases in an agile environment.
- Communicate priorities, tradeoffs, risks, dependencies, and decisions to stakeholders.
- Coordinate product launches to ensure teams are prepared for successful adoption.
- Establish feedback loops to continually improve product capabilities.
- Partner with customers and internal teams to define data needs, workflows, configurations, and operational inputs required for successful launches.
- Translate customer implementation needs into scalable product capabilities and repeatable processes.
- Identify decisions, dependencies, and risks necessary to achieve go-live success.
Requirements
- 3+ years of product management experience.
- Experience with SaaS, healthcare technology, enterprise platforms, or workflow-heavy products.
- Proven track record owning product initiatives across the full lifecycle, from discovery to delivery in an agile environment.
- Experience balancing customer value, business goals, technical complexity, and delivery tradeoffs.
- Experience partnering closely with engineering, UX/design, and cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to bring clarity, alignment, and momentum to complex initiatives.
Nice to have
- Experience with clinical integrations and healthcare interoperability standards such as FHIR, HL7, and EHR/EMR systems.
- Familiarity with healthcare data privacy and compliance requirements such as HIPAA.
- Prior experience in implementation, client onboarding, or program/project coordination.

Compensation
Salary band: $110,000β$135,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
