Guide the delivery of a NetSuite-native loan management application and own product outcomes end to end.

Run discovery with lenders, prospects, and implementation teams to understand lending operations across target segments
Assess where NetLoan fits today, identify gaps, and prioritize what to close first
Write detailed specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for loan servicing, payment schedules, interest calculations, billing, collections, and NetSuite accounting outputs
Partner with NetLoan developers to plan sprints, unblock work, and deliver on schedule
Own acceptance testing for NetLoan releases
Validate calculations, schedules, and GL impact before customer release
Serve as the product escalation point for issues raised by support, customer success, and implementation partners
Triage bugs and enhancement requests, then close the loop with customers
Join strategic or technically complex sales conversations to clarify capabilities, evaluate fit for new lending segments, and provide roadmap direction
Use AI tools daily to speed up research, discovery synthesis, spec writing, and analysis
Maintain accurate release notes, documentation, and in-app help so sales, support, and partners can reference what shipped
Collaborate across internal teams to help train others on new features and support an excellent customer experience

2+ years experience with lending or loan management software in a product, implementation, consulting, or lending operations role
2+ years product management experience in B2B SaaS (roadmap ownership, requirements gathering, working directly with developers)
Working knowledge of the loan lifecycle: origination, amortization, interest accrual, payment application, collections, and payoff
Ability to translate business needs into clear, testable development requirements
Comfort partnering with developers, support teams, implementation partners, and customer finance teams
Practical, fluent use of AI tools in daily work
Clear written and verbal communication, especially in fast-paced contexts
Demonstrated ownership and ability to drive product success
