Product Manager - Capital One Travel

Information Technology Senior Management Forum is seeking a Product Manager to own the Capital One Travel product roadmap and drive enhancements across flight bookings and hotel experiences. This onsite, New York-based role focuses on leading cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-quality travel experiences, including optimization of the flight booking funnel and expansion of the luxury hotel catalog. The position also involves innovating post-booking disruption services as part of the broader travel platform strategy.

Location: New York, NY (onsite). Salary: USD 149,800 - 205,100 per year. Type: Full-time.

Responsibilities

• Own a significant portion of the travel product roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional teams to build seamless, high-confidence travel experiences.
• Optimize the flight booking funnel.
• Expand the luxury hotel collection.
• Innovate on post-booking disruption services.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or Business or Marketing.
• OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience.
