Job Description

Join JPMorgan Chase as a Product Manager within the Corporate & Investment Bank Healthcare Payments team. Based onsite in Jersey City, you will own the full product lifecycle and advocate for the voice of the customer to deliver scalable healthcare payment solutions and strong client experiences.

Compensation

Salary: USD 122,550 - 201,000 per year

Responsibilities

  • Develops a product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers.
  • Leads discovery efforts and market research to identify customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
  • Owns and evolves the product backlog to support the strategic roadmap and value proposition.
  • Establishes the framework and tracks key success metrics such as cost, features and functionality, risk posture, and reliability.
  • Provides product subject matter expertise to partners and clients.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
  • Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively with internal teams, external partners, and clients to support shared goals.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and planning skills, with the ability to adapt and contribute in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to create Project Charters and Statements of Work.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking skills across various scenarios, seeking guidance when needed.
  • Enthusiasm for learning new operating models, technologies, and staying informed about healthcare industry trends.
  • Owned delivery from concept to launch, proactively managing risks/dependencies and escalating early to protect timelines.
  • Translated strategy into action: defined scope, sequenced work, and ensured consistent follow-through to completion.
  • Operated with a bias to action—made timely decisions with imperfect information and delivered results without sacrificing quality.
