Product Manager III, Cross Border Team
Job Description
Amazon’s Cross Border team is building the capabilities that help selling partners bring compliant selection to customers across borders. As a Product Manager III, you will set the product vision and roadmap for Path to Compliance, drive end-to-end launches, and use seller and customer data to improve measurable outcomes tied to Glance View coverage and total buyable selection.
This onsite role is based in Seattle, WA. The salary range for this position is USD 136,000 - 184,100 per year. You’ll bring 5+ years of product or program experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
What you’ll do
- Own product strategy and roadmap for Path to Compliance capabilities, prioritizing investments that grow Glance View coverage and total buyable selection for cross-border customers.
- Work cross-functionally with engineering, design, legal, and operations to turn complex compliance requirements into seller-facing experiences while balancing delivery speed and long-term system health.
- Use data to guide decisions by analyzing seller adoption data, compliance metrics, and customer behavior to identify high-leverage opportunities and define success criteria.
- Drive stakeholder alignment with clear written documents such as PR/FAQs and strategy papers to help resolve competing priorities and accelerate decisions.
- Lead end-to-end launches, including defining acceptance criteria, participating in testing, monitoring operational health after launch, and iterating quickly based on learnings.
Day-to-day focus
- Review selection and compliance metrics, including tracking Glance View coverage trends and spotting gaps in buyable selection.
- Join design reviews for new seller onboarding flows.
- Collaborate with engineers on scoping a technical approach for upcoming sprints.
- Write and review product documentation.
- Sync with legal and policy partners as regulations evolve.
- Connect directly with selling partners to understand pain points.

What you bring
- 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development, or technology experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience delivering products end to end.
- Experience delivering features and managing product tradeoffs.
- Experience as a product manager or owner.
- Experience owning technology products.
- Ability to influence senior leadership using data-driven insights.
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders.
