Product Manager - Wellness and Social Health

Join Highmark Health as a Product Manager supporting wellness and social health outcomes in a Pennsylvania onsite role. You will set product direction, drive execution across a portfolio of products and tools, and use metrics and qualitative insights to spot improvements. This role includes regular collaboration with delivery teams, governance forums, and strategic partners, with salary from $86,400 to $138,600 per year.

What you’ll do

Define the product’s fundamental value proposition, establish its vision, and translate strategy into an execution plan. You will align strategic partners and stakeholders, then oversee delivery of that vision for a designated portfolio of products and tools.

• Use the department and company strategic roadmap, along with competitive context, to build a holistic product vision and corresponding product strategy.
• Set and communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and key decisions across audiences, from the product team to executive levels.
• Anticipate future needs by leveraging metrics and qualitative input to uncover asset improvement opportunities.
• Serve as the accountable owner for sets of products and tools within the assigned portfolio.
• Identify and drive cross-product and cross-customer value, including shared learnings across efforts.
• Own the product backlog and refresh and re-prioritize it frequently using input from internal and partner teams.
• Represent the product in all governance meetings.
• Attend sprint and milestone reviews with the Delivery team.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What you bring

  • 3 years with the software lifecycle
  • 1 year of advanced domain experience
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in science, technology, mathematics, or a related field, or relevant experience and/or education as determined by the company in lieu of a bachelor’s degree.
• Preferred: 1 year with the Agile process
