Product Operations
Job Description
Reflow offers an onsite Product Operations role in California that centers on turning priorities into actionable plans and driving them to shipped outcomes. You will be the operational bridge across product, engineering, GTM, and partners, partnering with founders and product leadership to shape the roadmap around customer impact, revenue, and technical constraints. The role carries high ownership across the roadmap, execution, and partner delivery, with direct exposure to founders. There is a path to leadership as the company scales, and a flexible setup (contract or full-time) with high trust and high impact.
Responsibilities

- Turn strategic priorities into clear execution plans, milestones, and timelines.
- Clarify scope, sequence work, and protect the engineering team to maintain focus.
- Coordinate product testing, releases, and rollout activities to ensure readiness and quality.
- Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies, unblock teams, and keep work moving across functions.
- Monitor progress and surface risks early to prevent surprises.
- Act as the day-to-day operational bridge among product, engineering, GTM, and partners.
- Convert feedback from customers, sales, and support into clear, actionable inputs for the product team.
- Maintain clarity on what is shipping, when, and why.
- Support partner onboarding for pilots and early access programs.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders to deliver smooth launches.
- Document processes to make partner onboarding repeatable and scalable.
- Lead cross-functional product initiatives end-to-end, including new features, launches, and integrations.
- Define success criteria, timelines, owners, and follow-ups.
- Continually improve how we plan, execute, and learn from product work over time.
Requirements
- Experience in product operations, program management, product management, or technical operations.
- Comfort working closely with engineering teams and understanding technical tradeoffs; no coding required, but you should speak the language.
- Strong prioritization, planning, and execution skills that bring order without slowing momentum.
- Clear, structured communicator who keeps teams aligned and moving.
- Proactive and calm under pressure; anticipates issues before they become problems.
- Thrives in early-stage environments where processes are built rather than inherited.
Benefits
- Make a lasting impact by shaping how the product organization operates.
- Work directly with founders and influence how product decisions get made.
- High ownership across roadmap, execution, and partner delivery.
- Opportunity to grow into Head of Product Ops, Program Management, or Product Leadership as the company scales.
- Flexible setup (contract or full-time), high trust, high impact.
Bonus Points
- Experience on B2B SaaS, data, analytics, or workflow products.
- Exposure to partner integrations, APIs, or platform products.
- Background in startups or fast-growing teams.
