Product Operations Lead
Job Description
Product Operations Lead will join the store leadership team to execute the store product strategy across inventory, floor readiness, and guest-facing execution.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with store leadership to translate the store product strategy into day-to-day execution.
- Plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure execution of key product actions, including pull backs, consolidations, and repricing.
- Create a fun and productive shift atmosphere to engage team members in inventory management.
- Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy and strong product availability for guests.
- Review and interpret daily business data and metrics to guide actions, including analyzing product sell-through data and recommending product focus; for outlets, support pricing recommendations.
- Participate in the store hiring process, including recruitment, selection, hiring recommendations, onboarding, and training.
- Address team member performance through direct feedback, recognition in the moment, coaching, demonstrations, and hands-on learning experiences.
- Support a respectful, inclusive team environment by building supportive working relationships.
- When scheduled as Supervisor on Duty during store open hours, move dynamically and lead from the floor to deliver technical product education and a world-class guest experience.
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
- Ability to travel to the assigned store using reliable transportation.
- Minimum 1 year of work experience.
- Some experience in inventory management and/or product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics, including using business technology to complete work.
- Some experience leading, mentoring, delegating, or implementing processes with others.

Schedule and Availability
- Work schedule varies based on store needs.
- Shifts are typically scheduled for mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- During peak timeframes, special events, or other circumstances, some team members may work early mornings or late nights/overnights.
Job Assets (Nice to Have; Not Required)
- High school diploma/GED/equivalent or above.
- Experience in retail, sales, distribution center, or warehouse operations; experience reviewing and interpreting business reports and metrics to inform action.
- For Experiential stores with food/beverage service only: Food safety and/or liquor service certification.

Work Context
- Move through the store, including front of house with bright lights and loud music, and back of house with no windows or natural light.
- Work as part of a team, sometimes independently; may use a computer or other technical devices.
- Occasional moving of boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg) and using ladders to reach materials.
- For Experiential stores with food/beverage service only: possible use of industrial kitchen equipment and exposure to heat while preparing food or beverages.
Compensation & Benefits Package
- Base pay range: $24.00 - $27.61/hour, subject to minimum wage in the location.
- Target bonus: $2.00/hour.
- Total target base pay range: $26.00 - $29.61/hour.
- Compensation follows a pay-for-performance philosophy recognizing exceptional individual and team performance.
