Product Operations
Job Description
Ramp is building an AI-powered GTM platform, and this Product Operations role focuses on the foundation that makes agents useful in real revenue workflows. As the PM for Revenue, you’ll lead the data and execution layer behind scoring, routing, acquisitions, and agent tooling for SDRs, Solutions, and channel teams.
You’ll set the bar for evaluation and feedback loops, instrument adoption and impact, and run fast iteration cycles with Engineering, Data Science, Design, Finance, and Sales leadership.
What you’ll do
- Own agentic tooling and workflows that support GTM teams that are less served today, including SDR prospecting and outreach, Solutions discovery and POV workflows, and channel partner execution.
- Define data contracts, schemas, and pipelines that enable GTM intelligence.
- Own account scoring, routing, and assignment to determine which accounts get attention, from whom, and when.
- Drive net new data acquisitions that expand what agents can reason over.
- Ensure AI-relevant data is accurate and trustworthy enough to act on.
- Resist optimizing for a single team by building systems flexible enough to serve multiple stakeholders while still being opinionated about what “good” looks like.
- Define what “good” looks like across the system.
- Build evaluation frameworks, feedback systems, and dashboards to measure whether tools drive real adoption and impact.
- Use signals from those systems to enable reps to participate in improving the workflow over time.
What you bring
- 1–3 years of product experience, or 3–5 years total experience in a role that built real judgment (banking, consulting, deployment strategy, agent product, GTM operator, or founder).
- Deep hands-on experience with AI: you have prototyped, shipped, and iterated on AI tools or agents, not only managed roadmaps.
- Technical fluency with modern AI coding harnesses, including Cursor, Claude Code, and Codex.
- Working knowledge of core LLM concepts such as prompting, embeddings, retrieval, and evals, paired with judgment to translate them into reliable products where hallucinations have real consequences.
- Comfort with SQL and confidence reading data.
- Curious systems thinking, fast learning, and a default to building.
- Comfort operating in 0-to-1 ambiguity.
- Scrappy, opinionated, and low-ego collaboration style.
Technologies

- Strong working knowledge of GTM data and systems, including CRM data models, sales engagement tooling, pipeline data, and intent signals.
- Prior work in fintech, enterprise SaaS, or other domains where data quality is load-bearing.
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders, aligning tradeoffs with VP- and SVP-level leaders while keeping work moving.
