Job Description
Product Operations Analyst in San Francisco, CA (onsite) to operationalize product features, support rollouts, analyze feature performance, and champion the user experience across product, data, and operations.
Responsibilities
- Support product rollouts and adoption by coordinating with product, design, and operations to implement outreach and rollout plans for new features.
- Contribute to product development by acting as a hands-on tester, documenting findings, sharing user feedback with the product team, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze feature performance by tracking key metrics, studying user behavior, and delivering concise insights to the team.
- Champion the user experience by gathering and organizing feedback from multiple channels to inform the product roadmap.
- Streamline team operations by identifying efficiency gains through better documentation, stronger feedback loops, and targeted automations.
Requirements
- Early career professional (recent graduate up to 2 years of experience) pursuing a path in product operations.
- Strong interest in product and technology, with curiosity about how products are built, launched, and refined; eager to contribute to the product lifecycle.
- Curiosity about AI and its potential to enhance user experiences; no expert level required.
- Analytical and data-driven mindset; comfortable with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and motivated to develop data analysis skills.
- Problem-solver with an organized, detail-oriented approach who asks questions to uncover root causes.
- Willingness to learn technical skills; interest in data analysis tools; exposure to SQL or similar tools is a plus, but a strong desire to learn matters most.
- Collaborative, hands-on teammate ready to assist with testing, feedback analysis, and related tasks.

- Base salary: 80,000 to 100,000 USD
