Product Operations Analyst
Job Description
This on-site role in Irvine, CA supports the Chief Product Officer at Turion Space in shaping product strategy, governance, and the execution of the product roadmap. It encompasses building planning processes, performing performance analysis, and laying the groundwork for go-to-market activities to scale a portfolio spanning in-space servicing, space domain awareness, and orbital infrastructure products. Salary range: USD 175,000 - 190,000 per year.
Responsibilities
- Support the Chief Product Officer in developing product strategy, governance, and execution of the product roadmap.
- Organize product teams to ensure clear roles and effective collaboration.
- Integrate product plans with Turion enterprise management systems to align operations.
- Drive product planning processes by coordinating stakeholders to align on product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, including market research, competitive analysis, and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support to ensure successful product launches and ongoing product success.
- Analyze product performance and customer feedback to inform continuous improvement and future development efforts.
Requirements
- B.S. in Engineering or a related technical field.
- 3 to 15 years of professional experience in product development, analysis, or a related field.
- Demonstrated ability to structure ambiguous problems, build analytical models, and translate data into product decisions.
- Experience with market research and competitive analysis.
- Product lifecycle management experience.
- User experience and customer feedback analysis capabilities.
- Data-driven decision making.
- Go-to-market strategy development and execution experience.
- Strong proficiency with MS Office, JIRA, Confluence, and other relevant product management tools.
- Data visualization and statistical analysis skills.
- Experience applying machine learning to extract product insights.
- U.S. citizenship is required (dual citizenship not accepted).
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience bringing aerospace or defense industry products to market.
- Experience leading customer interactions and gathering requirements to inform product development.
- Familiarity with software development processes and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
- Understanding of how artificial intelligence can accelerate product development and enhance product capabilities.
