Job Description

Endava is hiring a Product Operations Analyst for a remote role. In this position, you’ll help keep reporting reliable and repeatable by building Tableau dashboards, strengthening data validation, and using SQL to support product and stakeholder analysis.

You’ll also work closely with Product Marketing to track adoption and campaign engagement, support feature rollouts, and help triage ad-hoc analytical requests coming from product managers. The role includes automating parts of manual reporting workflows tied to healthcare-related use cases and billing processes.

What you’ll do

  • Build, enhance, and maintain recurring Tableau dashboards and reporting suites for Physician OneView.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to create and track user adoption, campaign engagement, and feature rollouts.
  • Support the automation of manual reporting processes, including Secure Messaging utilization and Medical Director billing workflows.
  • Execute SQL queries, perform data validations, and triage ad-hoc analytical requests from product managers.

What you bring

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or product operations.
  • Strong SQL skills and hands-on experience developing and publishing Tableau dashboards.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities.
  • Experience with Jira, Confluence, or TargetProcess.
