Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with store leadership to bring the product strategy to life on the sales floor and in the back of house
  • Proactively plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities in line with SOPs
  • Ensure execution of product actions such as pull backs, consolidations, and repricing
  • Engage team members in inventory management by creating a fun and productive shift atmosphere
  • Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy and optimal guest availability
  • Review and interpret daily business data to inform actions, including sell-through analyses to advise leadership on product focus or pricing
  • Participate in the store’s hiring process, including recruitment, selection, onboarding, and training recommendations
  • Address team member performance and support ongoing learning with direct feedback, recognition, coaching, demonstrations, and hands-on experiences
  • Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment by fostering supportive relationships
  • When acting as Supervisor on Duty during store hours, lead from the floor to deliver technical product education and a world-class guest experience

Requirements

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located
  • Must have the ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation
  • The work schedule can vary based on store needs, with shifts typically including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • During peak times or special events, some team members may work early mornings or late nights/overnights
  • 1 year of work experience
  • Some experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics, including using business technology
  • Some experience in leading, mentoring, delegating, or process implementation with others

Work Context

  • Work moves through the store, sometimes on a bright, music-filled floor and at other times in the back of house with limited light
  • Typically a team environment, occasionally independent work, and frequent use of computers or other technology
  • Occasional lifting of boxes up to 30 lbs and use of ladders to access materials
  • For experiential stores with food or beverage service, may involve use of industrial kitchen equipment and exposure to heat

Compensation & Benefits Package

The base pay range for this role is USD 24.00 to 27.61 per hour, with a target bonus of USD 2.00 per hour, for a total target base pay range of USD 26.00 to 29.61 per hour. lululemon follows a pay-for-performance approach and base compensation may vary by location, knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity. Eligible for a competitive bonus program, subject to program requirements.
