Product Operations Lead
Job Description
The Product Operations Lead is part of the store leadership team, focused on executing the store product strategy through product operations, inventory management, and on-floor guest engagement. This role leads inventory processing and accuracy, supports back of house operations, and helps deliver a world-class guest experience when scheduled on the floor.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with store leadership to translate product strategy into day-to-day execution.
- Plan, prioritize, manage, and lead inventory processing and accuracy activities in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure product actions are carried out (including pull backs, consolidations, and repricing).
- Create a fun and productive atmosphere during inventory management shifts and actively engage team members.
- Monitor product levels and communicate findings to support sell-through strategy and optimal product availability for guests.
- Review and interpret daily business data and metrics to guide actions, such as analyzing product sell-through to recommend product focus to store leadership or, for outlets, pricing recommendations.
- Participate in the store hiring process, including recruitment, selection, hiring recommendations, onboarding, and training.
- Address team member performance through direct feedback, in-the-moment recognition, coaching, demonstrations, and hands-on learning experiences.
- Maintain a respectful and inclusive team environment by building supportive working relationships with team members.
- When serving as Supervisor on Duty during store open hours, move dynamically and lead from the floor to provide technical product education to every guest and help establish a world-class guest experience.
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
- Ability to travel to the assigned store using reliable transportation methods.
- Schedule can vary based on store needs, with shifts typically scheduled for mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- During peak timeframes, special events, or other circumstances, the schedule may include early mornings or late nights or overnight shifts for some team members.
- At least 1 year of work experience.
- Some experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics, including using business technology to complete work.
- Some experience leading, mentoring, delegating, or implementing processes with others.
Job Assets (Nice to Have)
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent, or higher education.
- Relevant experience such as retail, sales, distribution center, or warehouse operations, including reviewing and interpreting business reports and metrics to inform action.
- For experiential stores with food and beverage service only: Food safety and/or liquor service certification.

Compensation & Benefits Package
- Base Pay Range: $22.50 - $25.89 per hour (subject to minimum wage in the location).
- Target Bonus: $2.00 per hour.
- Total Target Base Pay Range: $24.50 - $27.89 per hour.
- Base pay offered is based on market location and may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and internal equity.

Work Context
- Work includes moving through the store, sometimes in front of house with bright lights and loud music, and sometimes in back of house with no windows or natural light.
- Work is performed as part of a team, sometimes independently, and may involve using a computer or other technical devices.
- May occasionally involve moving boxes up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg) and using ladders to reach materials.
- For experiential stores with food and beverage service only: may involve using industrial kitchen equipment and exposure to heat to prepare food or beverages.
