Product Operations Lead

This onsite role in Las Vegas, NV helps translate store product strategy into daily action, with responsibilities spanning inventory processing, floor readiness, and stock accuracy. You will also lead shifts as Supervisor on Duty during inventory activity to help ensure guests receive a world-class experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with store leadership to bring the product strategy to life in day-to-day operations.
• Plan, prioritize, and lead inventory processing and accuracy work in line with store standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Execute product actions including pull backs, consolidations, and repricing.
• Create a fun, productive atmosphere for the shift to engage team members in inventory management.
• Monitor product levels and share findings that support sell-through strategy and optimal product availability.
• Review and interpret daily business data and metrics to guide actions, such as analyzing product sell-through and making recommendations to store leadership (including outlet pricing decisions).
• Participate in the store hiring process, including recruitment, selection, hiring recommendations, onboarding, and training.
• Support team member growth through direct feedback, real-time recognition, coaching, demonstrations, and hands-on learning.
• Help build a respectful, inclusive environment by establishing supportive working relationships with team members.
• When serving as Supervisor on Duty during store open hours, move dynamically between the floor and back-of-house to deliver technical product education and maintain a world-class guest experience.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.
• Ability to travel to the assigned store using reliable transportation.
• 1 year of work experience.
• Some experience with inventory management, product or visual merchandising, stocking, or planning and logistics, including using business technology.
• Some experience leading, mentoring, delegating, or implementing processes with others.

Schedule / Availability

• Schedule varies based on store needs.
• Shifts are typically mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• During peak timeframes, special events, or other circumstances, the schedule may include early mornings or late nights/overnights for some team members.

Work Context

• Move through the store, including front of house (bright lights and loud music) and back of house (no windows or natural light).
• Work is completed as part of a team, sometimes independently, and may involve using a computer or other technical devices.
• Occasionally move boxes weighing up to 30 lbs (13.6 kg) and use ladders to reach materials.
• For Experiential stores with food/beverage service only: use industrial kitchen equipment and have exposure to heat to prepare food or beverages.

Compensation & Benefits Package

• Base pay range: $23.00 - $28.50 per hour (subject to minimum wage in the location)
• Target bonus: $2.00/hour
• Total target base pay range: $25.00 - $28.50/hour
